1. Delivery.
(a) Delivery is from our supplier’s depot in Christchurch so freight is charged accordingly.
(b) All goods supplied by the Company shall be delivered to the nearest cartage depot used by our supplier. It is the Customers responsibility to take the goods to their address or construction site.
(c) Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only and the Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery that is beyond their control.
(d) If the Customer fails to take delivery of the Goods or fails to give the Company adequate instructions for delivery, the Company may charge for redelivering the Goods.

2. Refunds and Returns
(a) The Company does not operate a returns policy.
(b) If the products you buy from us are faulty we will of course meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and replace them. If you have merely changed your mind about a particular purchase the situation is different and no refund will be given and no returns accepted. Under the consumer Guarantees Act we do not have to provide a refund to you, so please choose carefully and take advantage of our free sample offer.
